DEPOSITS

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS 'REQUIRED AT BOOKING, ALL OF THE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO YOUR BALANCE.

REMAINDER OF BALANCE IS DUE 24 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. OR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

WE ALSO ACCEPT ALTERNATIVE PAYMENTS VIA SEZZLE, KLARNA AND CHERRY FINANCING IF YOU WANT TO PAY IN INSTALLMENT.

 

PLEASE DO NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO LOAN YOUR PAYMENT FROM ANY  OF THESE 3RD PART PROCESSORS, YOUR REPAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH THEM WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ACCESS AND CONTROL TO THOSE. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES ON REPAYMENT PROCESSING, CARD REPLACEMENTS ETC PLEASE CONTACT THEM AT THEIR WEBSITES:

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE ON BOOKING APP AND A PHONE CALL TO BUSINESS NUMBER.

 

NO SHOW NO CALL OR LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN 1 SESSION CHARGED

THIS WILL BE LOCATED ON YOUR ORDER RECEIPT AFTER YOU PURCHASE. IF NOT LISTED THEN IT IS 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

BUSINESS POLICIES

Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments for your appointments and cancellations. In the event that you would need to cancel without a prior 24 hours notice, you will incur a cancellation fee of $25. You will be given another 24 hours to advise and if we have not heard from you by then and until your next appointment, you will be tagged as a "NO CALL NO SHOW CLIENT" and your full payment and deposit is forfeited.  All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent services for our established and future clientele. 

REFUND POLICY

ALL TREATMENTS, PACKAGES, AND PRODUCTS are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refund be issued for services rendered. We would offer to fix any issues instead.
